For cutting blade, sharpening belt, bristle block, barrier strip, we can offer sample due to they are consumables, but for other hardware parts, we do not offer sample, and we appreciated small trial order.
3. About the sample, what’s the shipping cost?
It will depend on the weight, and destination, we will inform you if we confirmed the sample details and receive your full delivery details.
4. How to place an order if we agree the quotation?
We'll make an Proforma Invoice to you if get your confirmation about the quotation, and we'll included every details on the Proforma Invoice, so you can arrange the payment accordingly.
5. How can order the product without any acknowledge of import?
As long as you / your company has the rights to import, we can arrange shipment by air or Express for you and delivery them to your port or door to door service.
6. What is your regular practice about terms of payment?
We accept T/T payment in advance, but for small amount / trial order, we wish to receive by Paypal or Western Union, due to high bank charges of both side.
7. When will you ship out the goods after payment done?
Normally for stock items, we can send out the shipment at the second day if payment received, if not in stock, we'll let you know when we sent you the quotation.
8. What about the method of delivery?
For small shipment of weight below 46kgs, we will arrange by Courier service: DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS etc, for shipment more than 46kgs, normally by air shipment to your airport or by Sea shipment to your seaport.
9. How can we know if you send out the goods?
We'll inform you the Courier airway bill number after they pick up the shipment, so you can trace its status on their website.
